Section 1
Overview and acceptance
This website is operated by Vynovena. Throughout the website, the terms “Vynovena”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of vynovena.shop.
These Terms of Service apply to website visitors, customers, account holders and other users of the store.
By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting content or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced within them.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the website or submit an order.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes any statutory consumer right or other legal protection that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Section 2

Section 3
Eligibility to use the website
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your country or place of residence.
Customers under the age of 18 should use the website or submit an order only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account, submitting an order or contacting us.
Section 4
Customer accounts
Certain website features may allow you to create or use a customer account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
Notify us promptly if you believe your account or login details have been accessed or used without permission.
We may restrict or close an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in material breach of these terms.
Section 5
Products, descriptions and sizing
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as reasonably possible.
Product information may include photographs, colours, size guidance, approximate measurements, materials and care instructions.
Colours may appear differently because of lighting, photography, screen calibration and device settings. Minor variations may also occur between production batches.
Product measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers should review the individual product description and relevant size guide before ordering.
Fit may vary according to fabric, stretch, construction, design, supplier or manufacturer.
Products are subject to availability. Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve it.
Section 6
Prices, taxes and promotions
Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown during checkout.
Shipping charges, applicable taxes and other payable amounts will be displayed before you submit the order.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, local taxes or handling charges unless checkout expressly states that these amounts are included.
Promotions and discounts may be subject to qualifying order values, product exclusions, destination restrictions and expiry dates.
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined or applied retrospectively after an order has been completed.
If a genuine pricing error is identified before an order is accepted, we may contact you with the correct price and allow you to confirm or cancel the order.
Section 7
Orders and contract formation
Products displayed on the website are invitations for customers to submit an order.
When you submit an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products under these terms.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received the order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
A contract is normally formed when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance of the order.
Before acceptance, we may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- A product is unavailable.
- Payment cannot be authorised or verified.
- Delivery information is incomplete or invalid.
- A material pricing or product-information error occurred.
- We reasonably suspect fraud or promotional abuse.
- Delivery restrictions prevent fulfilment.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we do not accept, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Section 8
Payments and authorisation
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary according to country, currency, device or payment provider.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply.
Payment providers or card issuers may perform authentication, security and fraud-prevention checks.
Vynovena will not ask customers to send complete card details through ordinary email.
Section 9
Shipping and delivery
Available shipping services, charges and estimated delivery periods are displayed during checkout or explained in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless a guaranteed date has been expressly agreed.
Delays may occur because of customs, carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect address information or events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.
Responsibility for loss or damage is handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and the delivery arrangements used for the order.
Further information is available in our Shipping Policy .
Section 10
Returns, cancellations and consumer rights
Eligible online purchases may be cancelled or returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.
Different rules may apply where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, not fit for purpose or materially different from its description.
Nothing in these terms removes legal remedies available for goods that are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described.
Review our complete Returns & Refunds Policy before sending any product.
Do not send returned products to the published London business address unless customer support has expressly confirmed it as the correct return destination.
Section 11
Discount codes, store credit and gift cards
Discount codes, store credit and gift cards must be used in accordance with the conditions communicated when they are issued.
They may not be altered, fraudulently obtained, reproduced for unauthorised use or commercially resold without permission.
We may cancel or suspend a code, credit balance or gift card where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently or contrary to its stated conditions.
Nothing in this section restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Section 12
Reviews, feedback and user content
You may be able to submit reviews, photographs, comments or other content relating to products or your customer experience.
Submitted content must be genuine and must not be false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory or infringing.
By submitting content, you confirm that:
- You created it or have permission to submit it.
- It does not infringe another person’s rights.
- It does not contain confidential personal information.
- It does not contain malware, spam or deceptive material.
You grant Vynovena a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, format and use submitted content for operating, improving and promoting the store, subject to applicable law.
Reviews should disclose any material incentive or commercial relationship where required.
Section 13
Intellectual property
Website content—including branding, logos, text, graphics, photographs, layouts, videos and software—is owned by or licensed to Vynovena and may be protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
Without prior permission, you must not:
- Copy or republish substantial website content.
- Use Vynovena branding in a misleading manner.
- Remove copyright, trademark or ownership notices.
- Commercially exploit website content.
- Create misleading copies of our website or listings.
Section 14
Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery carriers, analytics services, social-media platforms and ecommerce applications.
Independent third parties control their own services. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply.
A third-party link does not necessarily mean that Vynovena endorses every product, statement or service available through that third party.
Section 15
Prohibited uses
You must not use the website:
- For unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- To infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- To submit false payment, identity or address information.
- To introduce malware, harmful code or automated spam.
- To interfere with website security or availability.
- To collect data through unauthorised scraping.
- To impersonate another person or organisation.
- To abuse promotions, returns, refunds or chargebacks.
- To place orders for unauthorised commercial resale.
We may take reasonable technical, contractual or legal action in response to suspected misuse.
Section 16
Website availability and corrections
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Website content may contain technical, typographical or administrative errors.
We may correct information and update the website where reasonably necessary.
Where a correction materially affects an order that has not been accepted, we may contact you and provide the option to confirm or cancel the order.
Section 17
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Breach of mandatory consumer rights.
- Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage resulting from our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Products and the website are intended primarily for personal and domestic use.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, commercial data or anticipated savings.
This section does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, damaged or undelivered goods.
Section 18
Privacy and personal information
Personal information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, when it may be shared and the privacy choices available to customers.
Review our Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.
Section 19
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the website at any time.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud, maintain security, comply with legal obligations or respond to a material breach of these terms.
Suspension or termination does not affect rights, payment obligations or liabilities that arose beforehand.
Section 20
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes to our website, services, products, business practices or legal obligations.
The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
Changes normally apply from the date of publication and do not retrospectively alter contracts already formed unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
Section 21
General provisions
Entire agreement
These Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them form the agreement governing your use of the website and purchases from Vynovena.
Severability
If a provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will be treated as modified or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
No waiver
A delay or failure to enforce a right does not automatically mean that the right has been waived.
Assignment
We may transfer our rights or obligations where doing so does not reduce a consumer’s legal protections.
Third-party rights
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a person who is not a party to a contract does not have a right to enforce these terms.
Section 22
Governing law and disputes
These terms and contracts with Vynovena are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer residing outside England and Wales, this choice of law does not remove mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your place of residence.
Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear a dispute. Consumers may normally bring proceedings in the courts applicable to their place of residence where permitted.
Before beginning formal proceedings, please contact us so that we have a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the matter.
